Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of skincare and wellness products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of opened or used items once sold or delivered.
If you receive a damaged, tampered, or defective product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos or video.
For quality-related concerns, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order.
Conditions for Exchange / Refund
Exchanges or refunds (in the form of credit note/refund approval) will only be processed if:
The product is in unused, unopened, and saleable condition.
It is returned in its original packaging.
Our team has verified the issue upon receiving the returned parcel.
Athreya Botanica is not responsible for damages after delivery, including improper usage, storage, or personal dislikes (such as fragrance or texture).
Charges
In case of approved returns or exchanges:
Return pickup charges (₹100) and replacement delivery charges (₹100) will apply and must be borne by the customer.
